You agree that you are only a reseller of our products and do not have any rights to our products and technologies used in products 2. You will never copy, make reverse engineering, redevelopment and distribution of our products clones outside of our affiliate program and without our written permissions 3. You agree that all rights to products which you resell belong to Softarex Ltd. exclusively 4. You agree to use this web site along with other sites which belong to Softarex Ltd. only for the purposes related directly to sales, distribution of our products and monitoring of your sales activity 5. You agree that you will receive your profit by wire transfer method no later than the 20th day of the next month for sales made on the previous month.6. Your profit will be calculated as 70% of total sales performed through your account/link placed on your web site for each month (Please NOTE that only those affiliates who sign up before the 31st of May, 2009 are eligible for the maximum commission of 70%. The commission rate for other affiliates, who sign up to sell ActoStudio or QYueMail after this date, will make 30%). 7. You are fully responsible for providing us with correct banking information so that we are able to make payments to you in time. 8. You agree that Softarex Ltd. does not have any responsibility for any loss or damage caused by any circumstances which do not depend from Softarex Ltd. and which cannot be avoided by Softarex Ltd. in any way. |
